CoachGPT Canada is operated by Activedge Technology Services Ltd. in British Columbia. When you use a Canadian pathway or contact us, we may collect the pathway preferences, contact details, and feedback you choose to provide.
Your career and coaching content
We do not sell private career, credential, or coaching content. Private content is not used to train our own AI models. When an AI feature is requested, the information needed to generate the response may be processed by trusted AI infrastructure.
Pilots and organizations
Before an organization pilot, data roles, participant consent, access, retention, and expected outcomes should be documented. A participant should know what is private, what may be shared, and how to withdraw.
