CoachGPT is not a medical provider, therapist, lawyer, financial advisor, emergency service, or substitute for qualified professional judgment. For medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other high-stakes matters, use qualified professional support.

3. User Accounts

You may use some CoachGPT features anonymously with data stored locally on your device, or create an account to access signed-in or paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, login codes, devices, and any activity under your account.

4. Your Content and Privacy

You retain ownership of the goals, notes, messages, drafts, tool entries, prompts, uploaded content, and other material you submit to CoachGPT. You grant CoachGPT a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, summarize, and use that content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, debug, and support the service or workflow you requested.

CoachGPT does not sell your personal coaching content and does not use your private tool entries, coaching notes, or messages to train our own AI models. AI-powered features may process the relevant parts of your request through trusted AI infrastructure. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

If you authorize sharing with another person or provider, your relevant content and contact details may be shared only as needed to deliver the workflow you chose.

5. AI Outputs and Coaching Limits

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or acting on them. Do not use CoachGPT for emergencies or situations that require immediate human help.

CoachGPT may include safety boundaries, escalation suggestions, or refusal behavior for certain topics. These safeguards are not a guarantee that every risk will be detected.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Submit content you do not have the right to submit
• Use CoachGPT to generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content
• Use the service to make high-stakes decisions without appropriate professional review

7. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of CoachGPT are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our tools.

8. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription, credits, or third-party payment. Prices, included credits, billing periods, and feature availability may vary by plan, region, device, or payment provider.

Unless a checkout page, app-store policy, or written agreement says otherwise, fees are charged by the relevant payment provider and may be non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may change paid features, pricing, credit rules, or plan limits with notice where required.

Some workflows may involve people or providers outside CoachGPT. Unless we say otherwise in writing, those third parties are responsible for their own services, advice, availability, pricing, and professional duties.

If you share information with a third party, their own terms, privacy practices, and professional obligations may also apply.

10. Brand Clarification

The "GPT" in CoachGPT refers to the idea of general-purpose technology for coaching. CoachGPT is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected to ChatGPT, OpenAI, or their affiliates.

11. Disclaimer

CoachGPT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The tools are for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
